How many of these signs have you seen in your body over the past 3 months?
Acne, Rosacea, Eczema
Increased belly or visceral fat, weight loss resistance, water retention
Cravings and/or blood sugar issues
Fatigue unrelieved by sleep
Moodiness or anger
Insomnia – especially waking between 2-4 a.m.
